Log in to your customer account on our website. There you will find the "Manage subscription" section. With just one click, you can adjust your deliveries, update your payment information, or pause or cancel your subscription.

Update your payment details
In the customer portal, open the Payments section and click on the pencil icon. Enter your new payment details and save the changes. That's all there is to it.

Pause or postpone your subscription
You can pause your subscription at any time and reactivate it later. You also have the option to reschedule the next delivery or simply skip it – flexibly and effortlessly.

Adjust address or delivery frequency
You can change your delivery address or desired delivery frequency at any time. Simply click on the pencil icon in the relevant section, make the desired adjustment, and save the changes.

Here's how to cancel your subscription.
Our subscriptions offer you complete flexibility: You can cancel at any time. Simply click the "Cancel" button – your subscription will be terminated immediately, without any additional effort.

We offer both 3-blade and 5-blade blades. You can freely choose the delivery frequency: monthly, every two, three, four, five, or six months. This allows the subscription to adapt flexibly to your personal needs.
Once you've started the plan, it will continue to run regularly, exactly as it suits your needs. It will only end when you deactivate it yourself.
You can, of course, cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellation must be made at least ten days before the next shipment. Otherwise, another delivery will be sent to your address. We would be happy if you contacted us beforehand. Perhaps there is a solution that better suits your situation. Simply log in to your customer account and click on "Order Details" under "Subscriptions." There you'll find all the information and settings related to your subscription.
Please do not send us your payment details via email, as this is not secure. Our website is encrypted, and you can update or re-enter your payment details yourself in your profile. For security reasons, we do not have access to your payment information and therefore cannot change it for you.
