We focus on the essentials: a high-quality shave at a fair price. We sell exclusively online, without expensive commercials or unnecessary extras. This allows us to offer you first-class razor blades at a consistently low price – conveniently delivered directly to your home.

Does Mornin' Glory also offer skincare products?

Yes. In addition to our razor blades, we also offer our own care line, developed with great care and high-quality ingredients. Our products are made in Italy and are free from unnecessary additives. So you get everything you need for a comfortable and close shave – all from a single source.

Does Mornin' Glory sell exclusively online?

Yes, our products are available exclusively online. This allows us to work more efficiently and maintain full control over price, quality, and customer service. It also saves you the trip to the store—you order from the comfort of your own home and receive your products directly to your door.

Where are Mornin' Glory products made?

Our razor blades are 100% made in Germany with the highest precision and quality control. Our care products are manufactured in Italy using natural ingredients and under strictly controlled production conditions.

Where do Mornin' Glory razor blades come from?

Our razor blades are 100% made in Germany – under the highest quality standards and using state-of-the-art technology. In addition to product quality, a long-term relationship with the manufacturer was also important to us.

3 or 5 razor blades - which is better?

This depends entirely on your skin type and beard growth. For sensitive skin, we recommend the 3-blade head, as it's less stressful. Those with a thicker beard will benefit from the 5-blade head – it captures more hair per stroke, thus reducing the number of shaves. Our tip: Try both versions – our starter kits are available starting at just €9.

How often should I change my blades?

We recommend changing your blades after 7-9 shaves at the latest. Over time, bacteria and residue can build up, irritating your skin or even causing razor burn. Changing them promptly ensures a clean, comfortable shaving experience.

How are the blades attached to the razor?

Hold the handle against the blade head, gently insert it into the packaging, and pry it out like a bottle opener. The new blade will then snap right into place.

Are your products also suitable for women?

Of course. Our razor blades and care products are suitable for all skin types – regardless of gender. Many of our customers use our products regularly and are thrilled with the quality.

Do the blades fit other handles?

Our blades are specially designed for the Mornin' Glory "Rover" handle. To get you started right away, you'll receive the handle free with every starter kit or subscription. Of course, the handle can also be reordered separately.

What should I do if my handle breaks?

Don't worry—replacements are readily available. You can reorder the "Rover" handle in our shop at any time, whether for home, the office, or on the go. Simply practical.

Who makes the care products?

Our care products are 100% made in Italy – using the finest ingredients and with the utmost care. We maintain direct contact with our production partners and oversee the entire process – from formulation to final bottling.

What ingredients are contained in the products?

Our products are based on natural ingredients. You'll find a complete list of all ingredients in every product description in our shop. We guarantee: no parabens, no aluminum, no alcohol, and, of course, no animal testing.

Can I use your products despite having allergies?

Our formulations are designed for skin compatibility and primarily contain natural ingredients. If you have any known allergies, please check the detailed ingredient list on the respective product page. If in doubt, we recommend a patch test on the inside of your elbow 48 hours before first use.

Blade subscription

What subscription options does Mornin' Glory offer?

We offer both 3-blade and 5-blade blades.

You can choose your delivery frequency: monthly, every two, three, four, five, or six months. This allows the subscription to be flexibly tailored to your personal needs.

How long does the plan last?

Once you start the plan, it will continue to run regularly, exactly as you need it. It won't end until you deactivate it yourself.

Is there a notice period?

You can, of course, cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellation must be made at least ten days before the next delivery. Otherwise, another delivery will be sent to your address.

We'd appreciate it if you contacted us beforehand. Perhaps there's a solution that better suits your situation. Our customer service is always there for you.

I can't find my subscription

That's no problem. Simply email our customer service at support@morninglory.com. We'll take care of it personally and reliably.

I want to change my subscription

It's easy. Whether you want to adjust the delivery frequency, blade type, payment method, take a break, or change your address – Mornin' Glory can do it anytime.

Simply log in to your customer account and click on "Order Details" under "Subscriptions." There you'll find all the information and settings related to your subscription.

I would like to update my payment details

Please do not send us your payment details by email, as this is not secure. Our website is encrypted, and you can update or re-enter your payment details yourself in your profile.

For security reasons, we do not have access to your payment details and therefore cannot change them for you.

Please also note a lead time of at least eight working days before the next shipment.

Shipment

Do your deliveries fit in a mailbox?

With a subscription, this is usually easy to do. So you don't have to wait at home for the mailman or collect a shipment in person.

Starter kits and other larger products, on the other hand, are delivered via DHL or Hermes and require a little more space.

Of course, you can also specify an alternative delivery address, for example a packing station, your workplace or another person you trust.

Shipping for your blade subscription is always free, no matter what you order or how often you want it delivered.

Where does Mornin' Glory deliver?

We currently deliver to the following countries: Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.

When will my order be delivered?

The order confirmation you receive via email will contain the estimated shipping time. This is usually 1–3 business days.

We are currently working on further improving our service and will soon be offering express shipping to our customers.

Do you also deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we also deliver to PO boxes. However, please ensure all information is correct – we will not cover return shipping costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Do I have to pay customs duties on my order?

No, there are no customs or import fees. We only ship to EU countries where no customs fees apply. Orders to Switzerland are shipped via our partner with a warehouse in Switzerland; here, too, you will not incur any customs or import fees.

I haven't received my delivery yet. What should I do?

Please first check the shipping date of your last delivery. For subscriptions, shipments may take five to seven business days in some cases. Shipments via Hermes or DHL usually arrive within two to four business days.

If this deadline has passed, please check whether the shipment has been delivered to your post office or to a neighbor. Also check the mailbox or mail slot.

If you still can't find your shipment, please contact our customer service at support@morninglory.com. We'll help you quickly and easily.

I haven't opened the item and would like to return it. How do I proceed?

No problem, we always find a solution. Please fill out the cancellation form , enclose it with your return, and send the package to our warehouse address: (Mornin' Glory Returns, Alexander-Coppel-Str. 19-21, 42651 Solingen, Germany).

As you know, our products are sensitive personal care items. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that returns can only be accepted if the goods are intact and unopened. This ensures that all our customers receive only flawless products.

Once your return has been inspected by our warehouse team, we will promptly refund your payment to the original payment method used.

At what point will the debit be made?

The first debit will be made immediately when your subscription starts. All subsequent debits will then be automatically made on the same calendar day of the selected delivery cycle, e.g., every 2 or 3 months – based on the start date of your subscription.

Example: If you started your subscription on the 12th of a month and chose a 2-month cycle, the next debit will be made automatically on the 12th of the month after next.

What payment methods are available?

Various payment methods are available to you, including credit card, instant bank transfer, purchase on account (Klarna) and PayPal.

When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited immediately after the order is completed. Your account will be debited by our payment service provider.

I canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Once the goods are returned to us, our team will inspect them. The refund will then be automatically processed using the original payment method. This usually occurs within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Gift

Can I give a Mornin' Glory subscription as a gift?

Yes, that's easily possible. You can simply place your desired order and specify a different delivery address. An invoice will not be included in the package.

Alternatively, you can also give a gift voucher. You can purchase one directly from our online shop.

Do you also offer gifts or vouchers?

Absolutely! You can select vouchers for a desired amount directly through our shop. Ideal if you want to make someone happy and don't want to commit to a specific product. Click here for the voucher.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

You no longer need a password. Instead, we'll send you a one-time PIN via email each time you log in. This PIN is valid for 15 minutes and serves as your access key to your personal customer portal, where you can view your orders and manage your subscription.
